Returns And Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For returns and exchanges please get in touch via email (mention your order number). The package has to be shipped back within 14 days after arrival.
We do not accept exchange/refund inquiries on discounted products or on items with discount promo code applied, unless it appears to be of wrong size labeled or poor quality, as result of manufacturing defect.
Items that fail to arrive after 60 days of fulfillment will be refunded to you.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout.
